Shipping Policy
At ZeroLag PC, we build fast, ship securely, and make sure your order gets from our workshop to your setup with speed and care. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Sale Periods
During major sale events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or seasonal promotions, order volumes may be significantly higher than usual. While we work hard to maintain our dispatch standards, slight delays may occur. We appreciate your patience during peak periods.
Delivery Areas
UK Mainland Only
We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only.
If you are located outside mainland UK, please contact ZeroLag PC before placing your order so we can discuss available delivery options.
Delivery Speed & Costs
- Free Next-Day Delivery on all eligible orders within UK Mainland
- Delivery operates on working days only (Monday–Friday)
- UK bank holidays and public holidays are excluded
Dispatch Times (Cut-off: 4:00 PM UK Time)
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri): Dispatched the same working day
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM, weekends, or bank holidays: Dispatched on the next working day
Product-Specific Handling
In-Stock Prebuilt PCs
All eligible in-stock prebuilt systems follow our standard dispatch schedule and qualify for next-day delivery.
Custom PC Builds
Custom-built systems require additional time for:
- Assembly
- Performance testing
- Quality assurance
Please allow 1–3 working days before dispatch for custom builds. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please Note: Courier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by severe weather, remote delivery zones, or network disruptions.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- Courier tracking information
Some deliveries may require a signature upon arrival.
If you request delivery to a “safe place” or ask the courier to leave your parcel with a neighbor, responsibility transfers once the courier marks the parcel as delivered.
Packaging & Insurance
Every ZeroLag PC order is:
- Professionally packaged for maximum protection
- Fully insured from dispatch to final delivery
If Your Order Arrives Damaged:
- Ask the courier to note visible damage where possible
- Take clear photos of:
- Outer packaging
- Internal packaging
- Product condition
- Contact ZeroLag PC within 48 hours of delivery
This helps us resolve any issue quickly.
Address Changes & Missed Deliveries
Address Changes
Shipping addresses can only be updated before dispatch. Once dispatched, address modifications depend on courier in-transit options.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed:
- The courier may attempt redelivery
- Your parcel may be held at a local depot or collection point
Use your tracking link to manage or rearrange delivery.
Order Splits & Pre-Orders
If your order includes:
- Pre-order items
- Back-order items
Your shipment may be held until all products are ready unless split shipping is requested.
Please Note: Additional shipping fees may apply for split shipments.
We will keep you updated with estimated delivery timelines for unavailable items.
PO Boxes & Restricted Addresses
We do not currently ship to:
- PO Boxes
- BFPO addresses
Large or heavy products may also require suitable road access. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, please contact us before ordering.
Late, Lost, or Stolen Parcels
If your parcel:
- Shows no tracking movement
- Misses the estimated delivery window
- Appears lost or stolen
Please contact ZeroLag PC immediately so we can investigate with the courier.
Loss or theft claims must be reported within the courier’s required timeframe.
Holidays & Peak Periods
During holidays, promotional periods, and major shopping events, dispatch and courier systems may experience delays.
Please allow an additional 1–2 working days during these times.
